Christians in Business (CIB) is a faith-driven leadership and action initiative dedicated
to equipping entrepreneurs, professionals, and community leaders to lead with integrity,
purpose and service.
CIB brings together faith leaders, business owners, professionals, and civic
stakeholders who believe that leadership in the marketplace should reflect strong ethical
values, accountability, and a commitment to serving others.
Grounded in biblical principles, Christians in Business promotes a model of leadership
that integrates faith, business, and community engagement, encouraging leaders to
conduct business with honesty, humility, and excellence.
Through leadership development programs, networking opportunities, retreats, and
community initiatives, CIB provides a platform where individuals can grow spiritually and
professionally while making a positive impact in their organizations and communities.
Christians in Business also serves as the exclusive faith-based membership division
of the New American Chamber of Commerce, creating opportunities for faith-driven
leaders and entrepreneurs to connect with the broader business community while
maintaining a strong spiritual foundation.
CIB’s initiatives include programs such as the Faith Forward Initiative, which promotes
collaboration between faith leaders, businesses, and communities, and the Christian
Women Retreat, which provides spiritual renewal and leadership development for
women of faith.
